What you will do

• Own the vision and roadmap for the Ratings & Reviews product line, aligning it with customer needs and company goals.
• Lead product discovery by analyzing customer behavior and synthesizing data from global brands and retailers.
• Translate high-level ideas into detailed requirements and collaborate with design and engineering to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and trends in AI and ecommerce to inform product strategy.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure successful product positioning and lifecycle management.
• Define and analyze success metrics to iterate on features and drive continuous customer value.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Czech Republic, UK, France, or Germany.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within B2B SaaS.
• Practical experience defining and delivering AI-powered features to create user value.
• Fluent, persuasive English communication skills (C1+).
• Strong technical fluency and ability to discuss system architecture with engineers.
• Experience working in Agile environments with a data-driven approach to optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience in ratings, reviews, or User Generated Content (UGC) platforms.
• Background in retail media networks or Product Detail Page (PDP) optimization.
• Deep exposure to enterprise B2B SaaS buying cycles and workflows.
