What you will do
- Draft clear, technically accurate product communications for B2B customers, including EOL notices and feature updates.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to gather technical context for customer-facing documentation.
- Ensure all communications are well-structured, timely, and aligned with the company brand tone.
- Support logistics and content preparation for Customer Advisory Board (CAB) events and meetings.
- Assist in creating agendas and follow-up materials for conferences and CAB sessions.
- Integrate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across broader product messaging.
Requirements
- Up to 5 years of experience in customer communications, product marketing, or related roles.
- Strong B2B SaaS background, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment.
- Demonstrated experience writing technical product communications such as feature updates or deprecation notices.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.
- Excellent written English communication skills (C1 level).
- Must be based in Germany (Munich/Berlin) or France (Rennes).
Nice to have
- German language skills.
- Experience in identity verification (IDV), KYC, or fintech sectors.
- Familiarity with Customer Advisory Board (CAB) processes.
- Experience working across multiple European markets.
