Location: Must be based in or able to work from Munich/Berlin, Germany or Rennes, France.

What you will do

  • Draft clear, technically accurate product communications for B2B customers, including EOL notices and feature updates.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to gather technical context for customer-facing documentation.
  • Ensure all communications are well-structured, timely, and aligned with the company brand tone.
  • Support logistics and content preparation for Customer Advisory Board (CAB) events and meetings.
  • Assist in creating agendas and follow-up materials for conferences and CAB sessions.
  • Integrate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across broader product messaging.

Requirements

  • Up to 5 years of experience in customer communications, product marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong B2B SaaS background, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Demonstrated experience writing technical product communications such as feature updates or deprecation notices.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.
  • Excellent written English communication skills (C1 level).
  • Must be based in Germany (Munich/Berlin) or France (Rennes).

Nice to have

  • German language skills.
  • Experience in identity verification (IDV), KYC, or fintech sectors.
  • Familiarity with Customer Advisory Board (CAB) processes.
  • Experience working across multiple European markets.
