TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Leading strategic 0→1 bets within a global fundraising platform, starting with the major giving sector, with an accent on translating market research into investment theses. Focus on building AI-driven prototypes to validate hypotheses and designing defensible revenue models for new product lines.

Location: Remote from Spain, Serbia, Turkey, Cyprus, Poland, Armenia, Portugal, or Georgia

Salary: €4,600 – €6,700 per month gross

What you will do

  • Translate market research into sharp, written investment theses for new product bets.
  • Develop and iterate clickable prototypes and interactive demos using modern AI tooling.
  • Validate hypotheses through discovery loops with major donors, enterprise nonprofits, and internal teams.
  • Design and pressure-test revenue models, including unit economics, ACV, and pricing strategies.
  • Partner with PMM, CSM, and Sales to build GTM narratives, positioning, and pilot pricing.
  • Mentor other product owners and managers on discovery rigor and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product (or 6+ in product and 2+ in engineering, design, or data).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in 0→1 / new product line development (not feature optimization).
  • Proven track record of shipping new product lines in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
  • Experience performing deep enterprise customer discovery with multiple decision-makers.
  • AI-native proficiency: ability to independently build testable prototypes and demos using AI tools.
  • Must be based in Spain, Serbia, Turkey, Cyprus, Poland, Armenia, Portugal, or Georgia.

Nice to have

  • Experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, wealth tech, or donor management.
  • Founder or founder-adjacent experience (e.g., building and selling a company).
