Client Delivery Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Ensure end-to-end service delivery coherence across services, teams, and lifecycle phases.
• Identify gaps between client expectations and delivery feasibility, framing structured options for Service Managers.
• Govern non-incident escalations by establishing clear ownership, next steps, and decision forums.
• Enable pre- and post-delivery governance checkpoints with explicit risks, residuals, and ownership.
• Detect recurring incidents and regressions and trigger appropriate Service Delivery Management follow-up.
• Support governance forums with risk narratives, trends, escalation readiness, and contextual KPI interpretation.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of service delivery governance, AMS or SaaS models, and complex operating environments.
• Systems thinking across services, releases, and clients.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence without hierarchical authority.
• Structured, factual communication under pressure, including objective framing of trade-offs and risks.
• Experience in service delivery, AMS, operations, or complex IT environments, with exposure to client-facing roles and governance forums.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, required.
