What you will do

• Manage and improve ITIL processes, specifically incident and problem management.
• Support end-to-end incident and problem resolution for the issuing perimeter.
• Identify and implement standardization opportunities across service delivery.
• Monitor service performance and report on SLAs, OKRs, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient value delivery.
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders regarding service delivery deviations.

Requirements

• Fluent in English is a must.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT Service Management within financial institutions or similar domains.
• Substantial knowledge of ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow.
• Strong ability to coach operational and technical teams on ITIL processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest, Romania.
