What you will do

  • Lead learning needs analyses and performance consulting to identify capability gaps and define priorities.
  • Design end-to-end learning strategies and learner journeys aligned with business outcomes.
  • Create high-quality instructional materials including storyboards, scripts, and facilitator guides.
  • Develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
  • Manage LMS configuration and publish SCORM/xAPI-compliant content.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using frameworks like Kirkpatrick to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, combining instructional design and eLearning development.
  • Expert proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
  • Experience working with SCORM/xAPI standards and enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
