Location: Must be based in the United States to pass U.S. Federal Government public trust clearance. Must be available during Eastern Time zone business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET).

Salary: $63,000–$70,000

What you will do

• Analyze learning needs and design comprehensive training materials for the FPS2 program.
• Develop engaging learning experiences using industry-standard instructional design tools.
• Facilitate training sessions and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
• Manage instructional design projects from conception to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic performance objectives.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or have lived in the U.S. for at least 3 of the last 5 years to pass public trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate, technical, or government training environments.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, or Vyond.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a learning-related field.
• Experience with LMS administration or learning data analytics.
• Exposure to Agile development or human-centered design.
• Industry-specific training experience in IT, cybersecurity, or healthcare.
