Sr. Learning Experience Designer (Education): Leading the end-to-end creation of high-impact learning programs for the workforce with an accent on instructional strategy and hands-on eLearning development. What you will do
- Lead needs analysis and performance consulting with business stakeholders to define learning strategies and success metrics.
- Create high-quality scripts, storyboards, facilitator guides, and workbooks using adult learning principles (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy).
- Design end-to-end learning journeys for onboarding, leadership, and skills programs.
- Develop complex interactive courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, including graphics, animations, and short-form video.
- Manage SCORM/xAPI-compliant module publishing and LMS configuration.
- Evaluate program impact using Kirkpatrick frameworks and establish QA processes for the L&D team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in L&D roles covering both instructional design and eLearning development.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models.
- Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for writing content and facilitating workshops.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Professional certifications such as ATD CPTD or CIPD.
