What you will do

• Design and develop PQ & CPD products, including Academies, High Impact Training courses, and Digital Study Solutions.
• Maintain and evolve the product portfolio based on regulatory changes and competitor activity.
• Create learning pathways and digitally enabled resources using Articulate, Canva, and Adobe.
• Storyboard eLearning content in collaboration with the Learning Experience Team.
• Manage external associates to ensure content delivery meets quality and deadline standards.
• Develop client-facing documentation, marketing collateral, and website content.

Requirements

• Detailed knowledge of PFS modules and qualifications.
• Qualified to at least DipPFS level.
• Proven experience as an L&D professional in designing and writing training programs.
• Strong time management and communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and quality assurance.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience in educational content or product management.
• Skills in market research and competitor analysis.
• Exposure to LMS tools and Articulate.
• Experience creating exam support content, specifically for PFS.
