Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Madrid, Spain (Hybrid role).

Compensation: €55,000 – €77,000 (OTE) per year.

What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and design user-centric learning journeys.
• Develop end-to-end blended learning programs, including assessments, quizzes, and interactive simulations.
• Create high-quality instructional materials using modern e-learning authoring tools and multimedia technologies.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate content creation, scenario generation, and production workflows.
• Maintain and update training content to ensure alignment with product evolution and new feature releases.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure learning initiatives meet shared business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an instructional designer or e-learning developer in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design best practices.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, Synthesia, Adobe, and Camtasia.
• High proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and workflow automation.
• Business-level fluency in English is required.
• Ability to simplify complex technical information into clear, actionable content.
