What you will do

• Manage multiple customer accounts and OSATs to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze technical data to provide timely root cause identification and solutions.
• Lead project goals and drive customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal departments, customers, and suppliers.
• Conduct technical training courses for customers.
• Develop new hardware verification strategies to proactively identify failures.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Familiarity with FPGA, ARM microcontrollers, and peripheral interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART).
• Proficiency in .NET framework, C#, and Python scripting.
• Strong skills in statistical tools like Excel VBA and Power BI for data analysis.
• Knowledge of network protocols including DHCP, TFTP, and TCP/IP.

Nice to have

• Experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically System Level Test.
• Experience with analog high-speed signals such as USB and PCIe.
