What you will do

• Analyze and solve technical problems on hirify.global systems at customer sites.
• Execute standard service actions, repairs, and maintenance independently.
• Manage problem handovers to 2nd line support with comprehensive documentation.
• Train customers on equipment use and routine maintenance.
• Identify and report process gaps and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
• Provide coaching and technical support to less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Proven experience in the technical industry (semiconductor industry experience preferred).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Deep knowledge of product functionality regarding main modules and sub-modules.
• Location: Must be based in Kaosiung, Taiwan.
