What you will do

• Collaborate with NPI, Test, Foundry, and Reliability teams to drive development of high-speed datacenter products.
• Analyze yield at the Engineering Sample phase and characterize product performance to meet cost targets.
• Perform statistical data analysis on wafer sort and final test parametric data.
• Execute test productivity activities including test time reduction, retest reduction, and higher parallelism.
• Support customer return verification and implement containment and preventive actions.
• Engage and manage Test Subcons during the early production stage.

Requirements

• B.S. in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Must be familiar with ATE specification, configuration, and programming on Advantest SmartScale and PinScale 93K platforms.
• Strong hands-on test development and debug skills with proficiency in C/C++ and scripting languages like Python or Perl.
• Deep understanding of product test methodology, yield analysis, and quality management tools (Cp, Cpk, GR&R).
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.

Nice to have

• Experience with Teradyne UltraFlex, j750, or iFlex platforms.
• Knowledge of Cadence Allegro for ATE PCB design.
• Experience with RF testing and 2.5D testing solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of JMP statistical analysis software.
