What you will do

• Sustain installed base machines by addressing on-product performance issues.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable business development opportunities.
• Support new platform insertion in customer R&D and pilot fabrication environments.
• Act as the primary owner of customer requests, managing communication and data collection.
• Perform on-product troubleshooting under time pressure using lithography and metrology expertise.
• Escalate complex issues to headquarters while maintaining ownership of the resolution process.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in a technical field.
• Experience in an IC manufacturing environment or research institute.
• Expertise in lithography, patterning, overlay, imaging, focus, or metrology.
• English and Chinese proficiency required for reporting and meetings.
• Ability to travel within Taiwan.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
