What you will do

• Learn and apply ATE test solutions for characterization, production, and wafer sort.
• Work with Advantest 93K and Teradyne tester platforms.
• Participate in testability and test data/yield reviews with engineering teams.
• Define and enhance yield and test methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and test engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hsinchu City, Taiwan.
• Understanding of basic digital testing theory.
• Experience or knowledge in ATE testing, silicon process, and product yield analysis.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Perl, Python, and Linux environments.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
