Sr. Vice President, Operations & Supply Chain (Manufacturing)

Location: Phillips, Wisconsin or Baltimore, Maryland preferred; must be willing to be on-site or travel to various sites 75% of the time. Estimated site presence: 50% Phillips, 30% Baltimore, and 20% other hirify.global locations.

What you will do

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide operations and supply chain strategy aligned with growth, service, cost, risk, and financial objectives.
• Lead manufacturing operations, demand planning, procurement, materials and inventory management, logistics, distribution, and supplier relationships.
• Champion Lean, Kaizen, The BW Way, and structured continuous-improvement programs across multiple sites.
• Improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance through data-driven decision-making and operational transformation.
• Optimize supply networks, supplier bases, inventory policies, network design, and fulfillment strategies.
• Build global operational capabilities through leadership development, succession planning, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in operations and supply chain.
• Significant experience with P&L leadership, strategic transformation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in a multi-site industrial, manufacturing, or global organization with complex supply networks and business systems.
• Deep knowledge of Lean and Kaizen methodologies, structured problem-solving, enterprise business systems, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Local presence in Phillips, WI or Baltimore, MD is strongly preferred, or willingness to relocate; 75% on-site or travel availability is required.
