Operations Development Program - 2027 (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global campus in Pella, Iowa, USA

What you will do

• Complete three eight-month rotations as part of a two-year Operations Development Program.
• Build leadership and functional skills through experiential and formal learning.
• Rotate through three areas, including production management, manufacturing or quality engineering, advanced manufacturing, continuous improvement, procurement, or commodity management.
• Apply problem-solving and continuous improvement approaches to real-world operations challenges.
• Develop toward an Operations leadership position aligned with business needs after successful program completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or Engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment through an internship or previous work experience.
• Ability to manage challenging and difficult situations.
• Interest in lean manufacturing, problem solving, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to an onsite career in Operations at a hirify.global campus.

Nice to have

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish.
