SVP, Operations (Medtech)

What you will do

• Define and execute the global operations and supply chain strategy aligned with growth, innovation, customer commitments, and financial objectives.
• Lead the global manufacturing network, including machining, finishing, assembly, packaging, engineering, maintenance, facilities, and site operations.
• Oversee demand and supply planning, sourcing, procurement, supplier management, inventory, warehousing, distribution, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
• Drive lean systems, automation, digital manufacturing, continuous improvement, capacity planning, and cost discipline.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, FDA, ISO, environmental, health and safety, and other global regulatory requirements.
• Build the operations leadership organization and lead transformation, acquisition integration, business continuity, and cross-functional operating governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
• 18+ years of progressive operations and supply chain leadership experience, including executive responsibility in complex, multi-site, global organizations.
• End-to-end global manufacturing and supply chain leadership experience in a highly regulated, quality-critical industry; medical device experience is strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain planning, strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier development, inventory, logistics, business continuity, and financial performance.
• Experience with medical device quality systems, FDA and ISO standards, product launches, design for manufacturability, technology transfer, and scale-up.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
