Sr. Analyst, S&OE - Materials Management

Location: Chicago/Aon Center, Chicago, IL

Salary: $89,800–$112,200 per year, plus performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Own daily S&OE Materials execution for assigned plants and identify, escalate, and resolve material availability risks.
• Partner with plants, S&OP Materials, Procurement, Transportation, suppliers, and Supply Chain Leadership to close material gaps and align priorities.
• Lead weekly Materials Review routines across 7–8 plants, including preparation, agendas, action tracking, and follow-ups.
• Use OMP, SAP, Power BI, and reporting to monitor shortages, supplier constraints, inventory health, production risk, and exception trends.
• Conduct root cause analysis and translate findings into corrective actions, preventive controls, and process improvements.
• Maintain KPI, risk, recovery-plan, escalation, and planning-data governance while communicating trade-offs and recommended actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Data analysis expertise, strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and clear presentation and written/oral communication.
• Ability to meet extremely tight deadlines and apply logical problem-solving.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.
• Work location is Chicago/Aon Center.

• Green Belt certification.
• APICS, ISM, or another operations and logistics certification.
