VP, Global Operations (Manufacturing)

Salary: $189,800–$370,200 per year

What you will do

• Lead operational strategy and execution across the Ground Support Equipment and Jetway businesses.
• Develop a world-class safety program and embed safety ownership across operations.
• Drive manufacturing excellence, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, automation, workflow optimization, and capacity expansion.
• Establish performance KPIs and lead cost, quality, reliability, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Supply Chain on supplier relationships, inventory management, strategic sourcing, and logistics.
• Manage budgets and capital investments while building and developing a high-performing operations organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of operational leadership experience, including at least 3 years at VP or Director level.
• Experience leading people and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• Strong background in multi-site manufacturing, supply chain management, and logistics.
• Proven experience with operational excellence, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, financial analysis, and process optimization.
• Ability to work in the United States location specified for the role.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with government, military, or defense contracts.
• International or global business experience.
