What you will do
- Manage pre-sale and post-sale technical support, including customer needs assessment and product specification preparation.
- Coordinate with design engineering to address product reliability and technical considerations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product managers to define new products based on field insights.
- Partner with Go-To-Market teams from a technical perspective to drive deal closure and increase revenue.
- Oversee the selection and evaluation of personnel to ensure efficient functional operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Pre-Sales role.
- Based in or able to work in Bangkok, Thailand.
- Proven ability to collaborate with GTM teams and drive business results.
- Professional command of the English language.
Nice to have
- Experience with Lenovo, NetApp, NVIDIA, or similar product stacks.
- Background working within IT Distributor or System Integrator (SI) companies.
