What you will do
- Own engagement strategies for assigned client portfolios to increase employee reach, adoption, and subscription performance.
- Design audience segmentation and lifecycle frameworks to improve communication effectiveness and support employee wellbeing journeys.
- Develop scalable engagement models, playbooks, and self-service resources to empower HR teams.
- Analyze behavioral and subscription data using tools like Tableau, Amplitude, and Looker to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Champion the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and communication effectiveness.
- Partner with Client Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align priorities and execute strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Consulting, or Revenue Strategy.
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business impact and customer adoption.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Tableau, Amplitude, Looker, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools for productivity and strategic decision-making.
- English: Advanced or Fluent level required for collaboration with global stakeholders.
- Location: Based in Brazil.
