What you will do

• Execute employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Prepare and manage employment documentation in compliance with local regulations.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers via service channels.
• Support administrative activities for international employees and cross-border cases.
• Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or operations, ideally in an SSC or international environment.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment.
• Fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is considered an advantage.

• Experience working in an international HR environment.
• Additional language skills, specifically Mandarin.
