What you will do
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, HR system data, and employment documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding, employee transfers, confirmations, contract administration, and offboarding.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by validating attendance, overtime, leave, and employee data changes.
- Respond to day-to-day employee inquiries and support engagement, communication, wellness, training, and HR events.
- Support HR audits, reporting, documentation reviews, and compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Up to two years of HR experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of HR administration and employment legislation.
- Strong organizational, administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS or payroll systems experience is an advantage.
