What you will do

• Resolve complex, escalated, and nonstandard HR cases across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage the flow and quality of the regional HR inquiry queue and identify demand patterns.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned HR services, processes, or programs.
• Lead process improvement, simplification, standardization, documentation, and knowledge-transfer initiatives.
• Coach and guide Tier 1 staff on complex scenarios, decision-making, and best practices.
• Support service design and readiness efforts to transition work to Tier 1 or self-service.

Requirements

• Advanced HR operations expertise with the ability to resolve complex issues independently.
• Deep proficiency in HR systems, case management, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
• Ability to balance execution, leadership, and improvement responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 4+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or an HR specialty area.

Nice to have

• Japanese, Korean, or German language skills.
• Experience acting as a functional or service team lead without formal people-management responsibility.
