Salary: $27.69 - $31.15 per hour

What you will do

• Proof and post job requisitions across internal and external platforms.
• Process background screenings in compliance with company policies.
• Manage recruitment data and records within the HRIS.
• Coordinate candidate travel, scheduling, and testing logistics.
• Support recruitment events, job fairs, and communication efforts.
• Track and report on talent acquisition expenses and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, psychology, or related field.
• Ability to work at the assigned office location in Santa Barbara, CA.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and solid proofreading capabilities.

Nice to have

• Prior administrative experience, preferably within a human resources department.
