What you will do

• Secure capacity for loads and monitor shipment status in the system.
• Notify shippers and receivers of updates and reschedule shipments as needed.
• Set up new locations and vendors, including profile management and code assignment.
• Maintain effective relationships with carriers, shippers, and receivers through professional communication.
• Manage accounts receivables and maintain accurate customer rates and fuel surcharges.
• Issue ComChecks and handle detention information correspondence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0-1 years of experience in a professional environment.
• Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in Stuttgart, AR.
• Strong communication skills for managing carrier and customer inquiries.
• Ability to manage operational metrics and maintain data accuracy.

Nice to have

• Completed college degree.
• Prior experience in transportation or logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
