What you will do

• Co-develop and lead the lhirify.globalg-range logistics strategy for the Americas to support 2–3x growth.
• Optimize the last-mile experience by implementing a dynamic multi-carrier network and reducing lead times.
• Implement lean principles and automatihirify.global to drive productivity and cost-per-unit efficiency.
• Design a flexible multi-node infrastructure using AI forecasting tools and advanced inventory positihirify.globaling.
• Scale circular logistics solutihirify.globals, including returns management and re-commerce programs.
• Manage premium 3PL and carrier partnerships ensuring accountability through clear KPIs.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics leadership.
• 7+ years leading multi-country, multi-node logistics networks in a fast-scaling CPG or retail envirhirify.globalment.
• 8-10+ years of direct experience in team building and leadership.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and 3PL/last-mile transportatihirify.global.
