What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations for key customer accounts, including data entry, load planning, and shipment tracking.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems such as order delays, missed pickups, damaged freight, and accounting discrepancies.
• Manage carrier and customer relationships in collaboration with Account Management and Freight Audit & Pay teams.
• Ensure shipments are planned and executed on-time according to customer specifications while optimizing for cost and service.
• Coordinate new carrier onboarding, capacity, and pricing requests with the Carrier Relations team.
• Administer and facilitate customer and carrier portal training as needed.
