Shipping Coordinator

Salary: $25.00 - $31.25 Hourly

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate all shipment activities across domestic and international business lines.
• Collaborate with departments and 3P distributors to ensure timely product delivery at optimal costs.
• Ensure all shipping operations remain compliant with interstate traffic laws and regulations.
• Resolve shipping complaints, track lost items, and manage damage claims.
• Monitor open purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely receiving of goods in inventory software.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in shipping and logistics.
• Proficiency with freight carriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
• Strong mastery of Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
