Salary: $45,000 - $49,500 + commission program

What you will do

• Identify and develop new business relationships with motor carriers to expand capacity.
• Negotiate freight rates to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
• Coordinate customer freight with available carrier equipment using internal systems.
• Track and monitor shipments to proactively resolve transit issues or delays.
• Verify freight charges and resolve payables discrepancies before final payment.
• Target 80+ outbound calls daily to engage and network with carrier partners.
