What you will do
- Own day-to-day communication with ODM partners and coordinate multiple vendors to align delivery schedules.
- Run monthly planning and place purchase orders (POs), ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.
- Analyze demand forecasts, ODM capacity, supply plans, inventory, and sales data to identify risks, imbalances, and proactive solutions.
- Manage order fulfillment and logistics, including returns processing, validation with 3PL facilities, and ensuring return order statuses are accurate.
- Track NRE costs per project and provide trend analysis and summaries for senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and maintaining process documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of progressive supply chain experience in tech/consumer electronics (e.g., eReader/mobile/IoT) or CPG.
- Mandatory experience with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Experience across end-to-end supply chain functions: demand planning, procurement, order fulfillment, and reverse logistics (preferably global).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling) for reporting and supply chain models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Post-secondary education in Business and/or Supply Chain Management.
