TL;DR

Supply Chain Analyst (LTL): Managing LTL carrier relationships and pricing programs to optimize client savings with an accent on data-driven decision-making and RFP management. Focus on negotiating competitive rates, integrating pricing into proprietary systems, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex logistics challenges.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $60,000–$70,000

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned LTL carriers.
  • Design and implement pricing programs to maximize client savings.
  • Manage RFPs via proprietary bid site and negotiate pricing for new and existing clients.
  • Accurately enter client-specific pricing programs into proprietary technology.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to LTL rates.
  • Suggest continuous improvement opportunities for processes and technology.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working with LTL pricing at a carrier or 3PL.
  • Core understanding of the LTL industry and experience interacting with LTL carriers.
  • Proven ability to leverage data to drive positive change and solve problems.
  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems and system integrations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
