Salary: $111,400 - $164,300 USD (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do
- Own end-to-end procurement operations in Coupa, including PO issuance, supplier onboarding, and data maintenance.
- Develop vendor management structures and a framework for MSAs, SOWs, and purchase agreement standards.
- Build and manage a procurement analytics function to generate leadership reporting and flag risk signals.
- Lead technical development and data integrity for Coupa and Oracle platforms.
- Develop a sourcing enablement function to support RFP administration and stakeholder experience.
- Manage and mentor one direct report, providing guidance and day-to-day oversight.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 4-7 years of experience in procurement operations, vendor management, or accounts payable.
- Hands-on experience with P2P platforms such as Coupa, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage procurement workflows, including PO management and contract routing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building reporting dashboards and data summaries.
Nice to have
- CPM or CPSM certification.
- Experience with ERP migration projects (Coupa, Oracle, SAP).
- Familiarity with supplier risk management and vendor master data.
