Salary: $55,200 – $126,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and implement best practices to streamline team workflows.
• Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed process documentation.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs using Jira.
• Create and maintain knowledge assets and collaboration artifacts in Confluence.
• Act as Product Owner for specialized tools, managing access, provisioning, and tool adoption.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience (or Master's and 1+ year, or 7+ years of relevant experience).
• Proven experience working within an Agile environment.
• Proficiency with Jira for requirements and backlog management.
• Experience using Confluence or similar collaboration platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve team-level challenges and remove blockers.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting or working with MathWorks tools.
• Knowledge of Anaconda Cloud, Box.com, Smartsheet, Mural, or Figma.
• Scrum certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe certifications.
