What you will do

• Lead the development of clinical requirements by integrating practice and technology into safe workflows.
• Act as a clinical resource and liaison between end-users, clinicians, and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, design documents, and use cases.
• Collaborate with Systems Analysts on software configuration, build, and testing processes.
• Design and execute functional, integration, and regression test plans using clinical scenarios.
• Demonstrate new functionality to users and provide escalated support for business users.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a clinical informatics role.
• Valid clinical certification or license is required.
• Senior-level functional knowledge of healthcare application technology.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Must be based in Canada or the U.S. with a valid passport and willingness to travel to Canada (10-15% travel).
