IT Business Analyst (QA): Bridging business needs and technical capabilities by formulating system scope and driving quality assurance processes with an accent on requirements analysis and testing validation. Location: Remote (USA only, excluding specific states). Hybrid work schedule includes 24 hours of in-office work per week for associates residing within 30 miles of an office. Must be a United States citizen to obtain required security clearance.

Salary: $75,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to define project scope.
• Document requirements, evaluate scenarios, and implement solutions to address business gaps.
• Lead Quality Assurance activities including test planning, verification, and validation.
• Identify test scenarios, write test scripts, and execute functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Facilitate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report defects.
• Act as a liaison between clients, operations, and technical staff to ensure solution alignment.

Requirements

• Must be a United States citizen to qualify for government security clearance.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Must reside in an eligible US state (excluding AL, CA, CT, HI, IL, ME, MA, MI, NJ, NY, OR, RI, VT, WA).
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and standard office documentation tools.
• Strong analytical, consensus-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Department of Education (DOE) security clearance.
