What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end implementation processes for new customers to ensure timely deployment.
  • Own Time to Value (TTV) metrics and drive continuous improvements in onboarding timelines.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to customers with varying technical skill levels.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Manage project documentation, milestones, and deliverables within CRM systems.
  • Mitigate churn risk by ensuring early value realization and proactive issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, training, or customer success roles.
  • Proven track record of successful software or SaaS implementations.
  • Strong project management skills with experience using CRM and project management tools.
  • Solid knowledge of ABA or related clinical fields.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

Nice to have

  • BCBA certification or equivalent clinical background.
  • Experience with AI tools and emerging technologies.
