What you will do

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle for small to mid-sized clients and collaborate on complex enterprise deployments.
• Configure the hirify.global platform to match client requirements while adhering to global best practices.
• Conduct interactive workshops to help clients reimagine and map out their ideal recruitment workflows.
• Perform quality assurance on configurations, develop structured project plans, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Build strong client relationships, guiding them through change management and system adoption.
• Create and deliver tailored training sessions for HR teams, hiring managers, and executives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementations, HR tech, recruitment technology, or technology consulting.
• Proven track record of managing multiple client-facing projects from concept to go-live.
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow design using tools like Lucidchart.
• Exceptional English communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in Poland to work in a remote capacity.
