TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States and work Pacific time zone hours.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, conducting kickoff meetings and gathering business requirements.
  • Configure SaaS products to meet unique client needs, including data preparation in Excel and basic system customization.
  • Manage implementation projects, ensuring deliverables stay within scope and proactively identifying risks.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition to product adoption.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions and maintain implementation documentation and user guides.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate internal departments.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States and available to work Pacific time zone hours.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing implementation role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of software implementation processes and methodologies.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport and leading workshops.

Nice to have

  • High comfort level with Excel for data preparation and loading.
  • Experience authoring reports using SSRS or PowerBI.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or GovTech software implementations.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools like Jira, Asana, or Autotask.
