What you will do

• Architect and develop applications using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Define technical choices and best practices, ensuring secure and maintainable code.
• Run code reviews and support CI/CD processes to deliver high-quality, scalable issuing payment solutions.
• Optimize application performance, security, and cloud cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams on feature development and system improvements.
• Mentor teammates through training, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT experience in the payments industry.
• Strong knowledge of the payment market, including credit card schemes (VISA, Mastercard) and credit card lifecycle.
• Expertise in requirement engineering, solution design, and analytical approach; Scrum experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, plus experience with Angular, Kubernetes, REST, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI).
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and collaborate effectively in international environments.
• English: mandatory (French is a plus).
