What you will do

• Research and refine new product features, creating POCs and proposing technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, UX designers, and product owners to define the best technical course of action.
• Develop and maintain high-quality unit and end-to-end tests to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Implement utilization and performance metrics to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Create and update comprehensive technical documentation for system consumers.
• Provide production support as part of on-call shifts.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Java 17/21, Spring, Spring Boot, Cassandra, and Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of IT security, including SSL/TLS and encryption principles.
• English: Advanced (C1) level required.
• Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Search, and Kibana.
• Knowledge of network components like Firewalls, Proxies, and Load Balancers.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.
