What you will do

• Participate end-to-end in project delivery, from kickoff and refinement to sprint planning and daily ceremonies.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into robust, secure, and scalable technical solutions.
• Lead and deliver complex developments while guiding and supporting less experienced developers.
• Qualify new product releases and support release packaging, implementation plans, and release notes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on solution design and workload estimation.
• Promote code quality and best practices while ensuring non-production environments remain up to date.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Backend development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring, JPA (Hibernate), and Maven.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, OpenShift, Tomcat, Kafka, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch.
• Proven experience in Agile environments with a deep understanding of production systems.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Must be based in Bucharest, Romania for hybrid work.
