What you will do

• Participate in the full project delivery lifecycle from refinement to sprint planning and daily ceremonies.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Lead complex developments while mentoring less experienced team members.
• Manage technical tasks, effort estimation, and workload planning.
• Qualify new product releases and support release packaging and implementation.
• Analyze escalated incidents and support Product Owners with solution design.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Backend development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring, JPA (Hibernate), and Maven.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, OpenShift, Kafka, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest, Romania.
