Location: Must be based in the Eastern United States (specifically Arlington, VA; Cary, NC; Columbia, SC; Greenville, SC; or Charleston, SC). Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days.

What you will do
- Lead business development in South Carolina to capture stormwater improvements, coastal resilience, and flood mitigation projects.
- Design nature-based solutions, green infrastructure, and sustainable watershed measures.
- Manage regulatory compliance and permitting efforts for USACE, FEMA, and other environmental agencies.
- Apply advanced H&H and water quality models to solve complex collection and watershed challenges.
- Build and scale local execution teams by identifying and hiring professionals in target markets.
- Act as Project Manager for the execution of water resources and integrated planning services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
- Active P.E. (Registered Professional Engineer) license.
- Minimum of 11-15 years of experience in water resources planning and design.
- Proven track record in capturing municipal and utility water resources projects.
- No visa sponsorship available.
- Ability to lead professional teams across a significant geography.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, EPA/XP-SWMM, InfoWorks ICM, EFDC, CFD, or ArcGIS.
- Experience with Asset Management/CMMS systems such as Cityworks or Lucity.
