What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the water business in the Texas market.
• Lead statewide business development efforts and build high-value relationships with strategic clients.
• Manage performance, annual budgets, and operational compliance for water business projects.
• Oversee hiring, personnel evaluation, and professional development for regional staff.
• Ensure quality assurance through client feedback, surveys, and corrective action planning.
• Collaborate with leadership to define strategic objectives and report on key business metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil, chemical, or environmental Engineering, Public Administration, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the water industry.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and budgeting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, PE, CCM, PMP, CFE, COA, or LEED certification.
• Deep understanding of professional services Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Proven track record in executive leadership and managing relationships with board members and regulatory agencies.
