TL;DR

Account Director (Federal): Driving enterprise-wide sales of AI and predictive analytics solutions to high-level technical customers and decision-makers with an accent on value-based selling and territory management. Focus on building strategic account plans, demonstrating business value through technical proof-of-value sessions, and consistently exceeding sales quotas.

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote with requirements for in-person company trainings and meetings).

Compensation: $300,000–$400,000 USD/year (OTE).

What you will do

  • Build and execute territory and account sales plans to exceed revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to demonstrate business value through technical proof-of-value sessions.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and product demonstrations to C-level stakeholders.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, competitive issues, and product developments.
  • Manage pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts via Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US and willing to travel to customers and prospects within the territory.
  • Proven track record of consistent overachievement of sales quotas in enterprise software.
  • Experience selling analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence software.
  • Trained in solution or value-based selling methodologies.
  • Must be available to attend in-person company trainings and meetings.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Background in selling emerging technologies.
