Procurement Project Specialist (SaaS)

What you will do

• Coordinate the Supplier Management team, oversee agreement renewals, and manage new procurement requests.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, terms, and conditions while balancing cost, quality, service, and legal risk.
• Manage agreement portfolios, including scope, pricing, amendments, and supplier relationships.
• Lead sourcing cycles, tenders, portfolio consolidation, and optimization projects that deliver business value and cost savings.
• Improve procurement processes, tools, and purchase services while supporting the transition to a formal procurement function.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, design, sales, finance, and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of procurement experience in technology, digital consultancy, or a similar fast-paced industry.
• Experience with SaaS contracts, vendor negotiations, and procurement management processes and tools.
• Solid experience using Jira as a project management tool.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage competing priorities.

Nice to have

• University degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading change, challenging existing processes, and promoting continuous improvement.
• Holistic understanding of how procurement decisions affect the business.
