What you will do

• Implement sourcing strategies for Professional Services across Italy and Iberia and support category management execution.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, contract renewals, rate-card negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
• Manage approximately €85M in annual spend across talent management, HR, real estate and workplace, and corporate services.
• Collect, clean, analyze, and present procurement data using advanced Excel and business intelligence tools.
• Deliver savings pipelines, benchmark markets, report sourcing performance and risks, and support audit and crisis management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and present procurement strategies across business units.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Knowledge of best-in-class procurement techniques, processes, risk, CSR, compliance, and audit management.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Thinkcell, or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Fluent English and Italian and Spanish language capabilities required.
