Senior Procurement Manager

Location: Required to be based in the Bellevue, WA office; hybrid work

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year, plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Lead vendor contract renewals and negotiations from initial terms through signature, using market benchmarks and cost-saving targets.
• Act as the primary negotiator for key vendor decisions while partnering with the CFO and senior business leaders.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and AI spend, including right-sizing commitments and renegotiating agreements as usage changes.
• Track software spend and license utilization, reclaim unused or duplicate seats, and flag unauthorized tools.
• Maintain the vendor and contract calendar and coordinate reviews with Legal and InfoSec.
• Run the procurement intake process, set up or approve vendors, process purchase orders, and match invoices with contracts and POs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of procurement, vendor management, or sourcing experience, including several years in a structured enterprise procurement organization.
• Experience running procurement at an earlier-stage, fast-growing technology company and owning complex, high-value vendor relationships.
• Direct experience negotiating multi-year vendor and cloud contracts, including SaaS renewals and cloud commitment agreements, with measurable cost savings.
• Hands-on accounts-payable procurement experience, including vendor setup, tax and banking documentation, and invoice matching.
• Experience preparing vendor-spend or cost-savings reports for a CFO or other executive stakeholder.
• Working knowledge of procurement and spend-management tools such as Zip, Tropic, Ramp, Vendr, or Airbase.

Nice to have

• Experience building a procurement function from scratch at a growth-stage or private-equity-backed technology company.
• Familiarity with SaaS spend management, license reclamation, cost audits, and unauthorized software controls.
• Experience partnering with Legal, Security, or IT on vendor contract and risk reviews.
